You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
Our Services include AI-generated voice calls and SMS messages. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents from recipients before initiating calls or messages through our platform. You acknowledge that AI-generated communications may occasionally contain errors or produce unexpected results. LogicCycle AI is not liable for the content of AI-generated calls or messages made on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and approving scripts and campaign configurations before deployment.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selected plan. By subscribing, you authorize LogicCycle AI to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Key billing terms:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting hello@logiccycleai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that we determine poses a risk to our platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access our Services ceases immediately.
All content, features, and functionality of our Services—including software, AI models, user interfaces, logos, and text—are the exclusive property of LogicCycle AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Services without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of all lead data and call content you generate through our platform.
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, Redtail, and others. These integrations are subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party providers. LogicCycle AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services. You grant us permission to access and sync data with your connected integrations as configured by you.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that AI-generated calls or messages will achieve any specific results, including lead conversion rates. Your use of our Services is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicCycle AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for our Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogicCycle AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights, including TCPA regulations; or (d) content or communications you generate through our platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Harris County, Texas. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of our Services.
